If your doctor has prescribed LEQVIO to lower your bad cholesterol (LDL-C), you should know that LEQVIO is broadly covered and affordable for most patients—so you may pay as little as $0.
Medicare
If you have traditional Medicare with supplemental insurance, you may pay as little as $0.†
LEQVIO may be covered if you have traditional Medicare coverage (red, white, and blue card), also called Medicare Part B. You won’t have to wait for your doctor to get approval from your health plan. If you have traditional Medicare and do not have a supplemental plan (Medigap or retiree plan), you would be responsible for a 20% coinsurance payment.†
If you have a Medicare Advantage plan, your out-of-pocket costs will vary, depending upon your plan.

LEQVIO Co-pay Program
If you have private (commercial) insurance, you may be eligible for the LEQVIO Co-pay Program and may pay as little as $0.*

- Sign up now at start.LEQVIO.com and select “yes” in the “$0 co-pay savings” section dropdown menu.
- Call the LEQVIO Service Center at 1-833-LEQVIO2 (1-833-537-8462), Monday – Friday, 8 AM-8 PM ET. Your dedicated Novartis Patient Support team can help you sign up.
- Ask your provider. Your health care provider and/or their office staff can then help you sign up.
The LEQVIO list price for uninsured patients is $3,587.73 per dose.
