Do not use if you have had an allergic reaction to LEQVIO (inclisiran) or any of its ingredients.
Serious allergic reactions can occur. Seek medical help right away if you have difficulty breathing or swallowing; swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat; dizziness and feel faint; decrease in blood pressure; severe skin itching, with a red rash or raised bumps.
The most common side effects of LEQVIO were: injection site reaction (including pain, redness, and rash), joint pain, and chest cold.

What is LEQVIO?
LEQVIO is an injectable prescription medicine used along with diet and exercise to reduce low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C) or “bad” cholesterol in adults with high blood cholesterol levels called hypercholesterolemia (including a type of high cholesterol called heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia [HeFH]).
